Pet Policy

Room to roam, rinse, and relax. At The Flats at SanTan, your pet routine feels built in—not tacked on. Take playtime to the on-site dog park, make post-adventure cleanups easier at the dog wash, and enjoy apartment features that simplify everyday living, from full-size laundry to generous closet storage.

Between quick potty breaks, sunny patio moments in select homes, and community spaces designed for fresh-air downtime, you have more ways to share the day with your cat or dog. You’re also close to pet supply, grooming, and veterinary options around South Gilbert when errands or care are on the agenda.
